My intake was good today this morning i had an shake and for lunch i had an cup of salad with pecan and dried cranberry no dressing for snacks protein bar and for dinner and protein shake and always drink my 64oz of water this been go good seen the feb 5 a little worry about keeping it up because send i stated this life changes and my life been very stressful but god got me and im going to get though it 😁
