Wii - weight myself 3 days ago and weighted in at 220lbs. I have had a very bad depressing two weeks - comfort ate a hell of a lot :( Starting again on this journey after some good advice. My goal is 145 lbs by May 2013. That breaks down to a loss of 2lbs per week. Inshallah!
