I went to the gym today and did some brisk walking for 3 miles on the treadmill. It was wayyy out of my comfort zone, but I was too chicken to let go of the bar, so I was still happy LOL Angel says I'm too scared of everything. In fact, that's why I walked on the treadmill. She was asking if we'd be willing to do time at the studio instead of bootcamp, and I said, "Oh, I don't know how to use a treadmill."

Her smile was a bit mischievous when she said, "I'll teach you." Uh-huh. You know what that means. She's going to max that incline and threaten to whip my calves and probably throw my towel across the room. Not happening, sorry. I'm going to get some mileage on these chicken legs and do my own treadmill time before she gets a hold of me and works my glutes.

I looked down at my tummy today while I was walking, and I think my middle got a tad bit smaller. Just a tad. What that called for was really great music to celebrate with, so I set my shuffle to play THE THEME FROM WONDER WOMAN, and I listened to it repeatedly as I cooled down. The lady next to me grimaced. She was probably really jealous that I was able to listen to some really cool music. LOL
