Yesterday I did better on my diet than I've been doing for the past few weeks. Hoping to keep it up until my anniversary on January 11th. It will be my 5 year anniversary and I want to weigh the same thing on my anniversary that I did when I got married. 16.5 pounds to go!!!
176.5 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
