1 13.6 oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup half and half
2 tbs cold water
1 envelope gelatin
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp liquid stevia

•In a saucepan, add gelatin to water. Mix for one min, add heat until dissolved •Microwave the coconut milk and halfnhalf. •Mix everything adjust sweetness. •Refrigerate
