Im so excited about this new slimfast plan.I couldnt believe it when i saw the scale go down to 199! Wow! Im starting the plan properly Monday as I was only doing the shakes for breakfast.I plan to do it during the week and on weekends Ill give the shakes a break.
So as of Monday its slimfast for breakfast, lunch and a sensible dinner.I also eat fruits and nuts along with breafast and dinner.I tried having the shake for lunch as well for the first time last Thursday, and surprisingly I wasnt hungry until 4 or 5 hours later.Wow, something that finally works!
So my new goal is to lose 2 pounds per week and to get down to 165 by August 15th,2008 for my trip to Royal Decameron Runaway Bay.
