Made it to my goal weight!! The scale actually said 174.8 but I am going to check again tomorrow. I am going to allow myself to go between 175 and 180 now. That's my ideal range. :)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG - that is fantastic! And, I know this is a modified LOWER goal than your original goal. Isn't it wonderful? You have done so well losing over 50 pounds! WOOT!

Thanks everybody for the support. You are right HCB about it being a little lower than my original goal. I am still going to be playing the balancing game, because I still have areas to tone and body fat to convert to muscle.
