saturday i walked 30 km. that was a bit more than i could chew and it took me a whopping 7 hours instead of the estemated 6. Today i walked 13 km nicely in 2 hour and 15 minutes right on track, i took my horsy with me like she was my oversized dog, you should have seen the people watch me... but eventhough she distracted me, and on occation disturbed my mojo, i still had a nice and even average. today i seriously tackle the "4 to 8 dip" it is a quarter to 4 and im still going strong, but you know, it isn't 4 o'clock yet !!!
planning and writing really helps.
I know a woman who had a gastric bypass 9 weeks ago. At first i was a little jealous, i cannot deny that. And now that i see the weight fly off, i am still a little jealous, i must admit to that. I was the right BMI to be elagable for that operation, but now i am too light for that... skinny old me...yeah right... i feel very fat still though and i hate myselve for getting stuck halfway there!!! i weight aprrox 88 (87.9) kilo and want to be 65 (64.9) kilo so that is still 23 kilo to go!!! but right now i eat too much candy and cheese to even loose one kilo!!!
enough of these sad stories, lets get cracking! today i will beat the 4-8 dip
and tomorrow we shall see...
