I want to stay below 1500 but my intense workouts always seem to ask for more calories. I feel I don't ever get enough energy and start to feel weak even though I base my whole diet on protein. I'm starting to think there's something wrong wit me. Like anemia or something. It's just not normal.

are you taking a multivitamin? also if your workouts are very intense you may need to increase your caloric intake a little bit.
