This week (9 days - exactly ) I am trying to find out, how many kg I will lose, when I will just and only run 9 km / day and my calories will not exceed 1700 kcal / day.

Today ( second day )
Before running = 72.90 kg ( 200g less then yesterday )
After running = 71.90 kg ( 200g less then yesterday )
160.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
