That’s the third part of this narrative – is that I stick to this physical exercise routine almost without fail on a daily basis. I play tennis approximately 1 1/2 to 3 hours a day. If I am unable to play tennis, I go to the gym for about an hour and a half. There are even some days that I play tennis as much as six hours a day. Not very many people can do this; I am semi retired. However without the exercise the gains in my health would not have occurred. I can only say that at least an hour a day is necessary to accompany the nutritional change to have any effect that is worthwhile and obvious.

That’s my current situation and the story of where I am and I hope to continue to get to my ideal weight and body mass index and finish with the diabetes beat down. I realize this is for the rest of my life, but I believe I can continue having already done this for one year. The rewards are too important for me not to do so. Time will tell
210.8 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
