Persistance prevails!! Hallelujah! 1lb. loss! Yeeeeeeeeesssssssss! Thank you, Lord! For giving me the strength to hang in there! The cravings were strong yesterday & I just kept thinking about what I was going to eat next! lol! I feel great! It's amazing how much better you feel when you beat the scales! Even by 1lb.! I will definitely take that & run with it!
