After many failures I am hoping to finally stick to a diet. I don't have a diet partner which makes things difficult but I am hoping to overcome all that. I also hope to improve my exercising habit
179.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
