I don't even know what to say right now... It's been a month since i've been here and I'm sorry I haven't been around lately. I didn't feel like thinking about my weight... but ended up doing it anyway. I have a feeling that some of this re-gained weight is from my excessive water retention, so we'll see in a couple days I suppose. I started keeping track of what I was eating yesterday and today, it's already showing a difference... I hate the way my body reacts to sodium, i blow up like a balloon and it shows up on the scale (sometimes 6 pounds worth!) it was ridiculous. Hopefully I'll be back on track sometime next week. I haven't been working out either... I can't seem to find the energy or motivation like i used to. I'll have to get on my butt for that too. I DO however have SOME (strange) good news... I tried on my size 16 jeans on saturday.... annndddd i got them up and zipped.... It was still snug but the fact that I got it over my butt is AWESOME to me!! I guess having that happen snapped me back into the game and motivated me again! I can't wait till they're loose. I've realized that sometimes eating healthier can be cheaper, depending on where i buy the food. I've been really financially screwed lately sooo I'll be losing weight just because I wont be eating as much... mainly because I don't have the luxury of doing so. Wish me luck! Dont worry sweetheart, you are just reacting normally as someone who is frustrated with their weight loss. Congrats on fitting into your jeans..BUTTS rock! My husband recently paid me a compliment after years. He tried to pinch my butt and said..my god you have gone so firm! Needless to say that led to a getaway for some privacy! I also have two jeans that I used to fit into for five years but cant right now. They are my motivation because my dream is to fit into them again eventually. Make lots of soups and stock up on salad and veggies. Lentils are very cheap and make great soup. Throw in different veggies for variety. Dont overthink your weight just think of how happy you want to be and what it will take to make you that way. Good luck..keep going..The journey is only hard in the beginning, once you start moving, it will become a cruise.!!
