Last year my life was put on hold including my diet. Previously I had lost 60lbs in a little under 12 months. Then last March I found out I had Colon Cancer. In September I was operated on, had complications ended up in hospital for nearly 2 months and had lost another 30lbs.
Since my last operation in January 2012 I have put back on that 3o lbs plus a few more.
I am now feeling well and nearly normal again so I am about to start my new way of eating tomorrow.
