Got up early to get some walking in before work today. I managed to walk 6 miles this morning before sitting down at my desk. I need to get a ton of walking/jogging done this weekend to catch up on a challenge.

I had a good walk last weekend and it reminded me how I enjoy it...it had been a while since walking was my main exercise ever since I fell for JM DVDs - LOL
