Okay, so when I eat 246% RDI I gain 1 lb and when I eat 99% RDI I gain 1.4 lbs... There has to be something I'm not understanding... Maybe even though I ate under my RDI I ate "bad foods"? I know my water intake is always 24 oz of water, because I drink from a water bottle throughout the day...

It could be the kind of food you're eating. I know for me when I first started out I was pretty much eating the same junk, but watching my portions. I wasn't seeing any results. Today I'm pretty much starting all over again, and I'm going to eat a lot of fruit and veggies...and I'm taking the advice of others to eat more protein too to fill me up. Good luck! I think a lot is trial and error :)
