OK...so I fell off the wagon in a MAJOR way!!!!!!!!! The last time I checked in, I had taken a little time off to deal with some stuff...well, the stuff wasn't over plus my oldest went off to college last weekend :( Needless to say, it's been tough around here. I gained back all of the weight I lost :( But since that time, I ordered and received the EFS book! YAY. Now, to pick which one I will do the best on....I have no clue on how I'm even going to decide. Can anyone help??? I want the one that I can lose the most weight the fastest on. Also, I was wondering if you can change them around, ya know, do a version of 1 for awhile and then do a version of the other to kinda shake things up a little bit? Any ideas, comments, suggestions would be wonderful...I promise I'm back for good this time :) Things are looking up... a little anyway :)

hey just be careful switching from diet to diet... i know with myself switching from slim fast to fat smash so quickly without having a week or two break inbetween was a bad choice and i failed at fat smash... now im just starting to get over a stomach flu so hopefully ill be all preped up to restart fat smash on a non diet tummy if u wanna call it that... good luck!:)

I would suggest you do extreme version to jump start things. If you like it and have success, then repeat it until you reach your goal. Or you can just go through the 3 cycles of EFS and then move to the regular fat smash. That is what I would do anyway:)
