Scales seemed to be stuck for a day or two, but happily down this morning.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week

It's actually not good to weigh yourself every day. If you for example sin today, the scales won't indicate it tomorrow but in a few days (so I was told by a dietitian). That's why weighing in once a week is recommended. Personally, I need a bit more control so I've opted for every four days. But - good going.

Yes, you are probably right. Half my problem is a scale phobia. I haven't had any control over my weight because I would do anything to avoid being weighed! Maybe twice a week would be good :-)
