Hello Everyone,
I have been sticking to the diet. I have started back exercising. I don't know what it is but I feel so fat and heavy. It seems the more I do this diet and the more I exercise, I feel bigger and bigger! I am so grateful that I am now in a solid size 12 because had I not tried on those jeans the other day I believe that today I would not be on this diet plan. The results in my clothing spoke a language to me that I can't even explain. I truly needed that.
I was suppose to go out with my girlfriends lastnight, but I just couldn't go. I was so afraid that I would break my diet. I love sweets. I always eat that first because I am usually too full to eat it after dinner. I am suppose to go out with another one of my friends tonight, but I won't be going because I don't feel that I am ready for that challenge of sitting at a table full of all types of foods, sweets and sinful temptations. So for now I will just hang around home and eat from the fridge. Good Luck to everyone! I weigh in tomorrow, I hope it shows improvements considering the sacrifices that I am making with the "Girls Nite Out" this weekend.

awsome job i am soo trying to stick to the low carb and i need alot of encouragement love shelly.

Good for you. I went to dinner with friends the other night and pigged out on carbs. I'M NOT READY FOR THAT! Temptation takes over. So Im home alone eating too. Good Luck

I know what you mean about feeling fat and heavy. Must be in the air here in NC!! I am feeling the same way except you definatly are doing great and have come a long way. Good job on staying away from the temptations a;though I hate you had to miss girls night out to do it. Soon enouogh you will be able to go out with them and feelsafe around the sweets and look HOT doing it!!
