Can u give me the recipe cos I’m trying to find recipes wiv out simple sugars I’ve just been diaginosed with reactive hypoglycaemia so any recipes would help as I’m only eating fruit and veg and a few other bits as I have to change my whole diet x

My sons ex use to make pasta chicken strips red onion and bacon strips wth double cream to it as that was lush x
