Except from my 1-2 hours of biking a day, I have just started to run again. I have not run for a year, and it is doing me so much good ! Can't wait for the sun to rise and to go for a 45 min run. I am not in as good a shape as I was when running last year, I do not go as fast, but keep my heartbeat at around 160 beats/min. It is a great change from the bike :)
147.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
