WHY I NEED FATSECRET!!! ok so its been almost 2 weeks now since i started my own diet and came off Atkins.For the past week Ive been having slimfast in the mornings along with a fruit or 2.Then a sensible lunch and dinner(IM not on slimfast,cuz that requires u to have it for lunch AND dinner, im just TRYING IT out)So i lost another pound this week. YEAH ME!I also lost 1 and a half inches from my waist!I exercised every day this week!
Anyway there was a baby shower held for one of my coworkers at work on Thursday and they served cake, hotwings and sandwiches.....I remember a few weeks ago a cowrker had a birthday n she carried cake to work and i RESISTED but this time i was like"why not?"lol, so I had a piece of cake and the hotwings!!!so sue me!!
Anyway THIS IS THE REASON I NEED THIS WEBSITE GUYS.Im like this, when Im doing good and i mess up, i feel like i failed so instead of JUMPING BACK ON THE WAGON i get depressed that i messed up and i eat more junk!!
CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME THE ENCOURAGEMENT TO CONTINUE PLEASE!!
