Ugh, it's unfair to say I'm losing over 1kg a week (on my weight in track) when it was only my first fluctuation weight in. Moreover getting the "You're losing weight too fast" made me lol, it was my first fluctuation in over a month, I doubt it's actual weight loss.

Other than that, I'm surprised that by having started on the gym and watching what I eat my clothes seem to fit tighter instead of smaller (or the same, as it's only been a couple days, and according to kcal count, shouldn't I be losing anyway?). :/ I'm confused.
