a little movement..and even less motivation... BUT.. I am pushing thru..
I am tired of figuring out what to eat... on a budget and on the low carb...
it was easier when I just ate what I wanted :)

Keeping on, keepin' on...one meal at a time.

307.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

!/2 a pound is better than none, and a loss is always better than a gain. I understand that it can be difficult to figure out what to eat, but it is worth it. And eating what you want may have been easier, but it was killing you slowly. I am proud of your progress!!

I agree! A loss is still a loss, AND so much better than a gain I might add <smiles> You're really are doing great! Money? What's that?. Boy do I understand that one :) I'm on disability. I had my choice, cable tv or dsl for my 2nd hand computer lol. In this dinky little town the food is expensive but, "I'm worth it" <evil grin> It gets better :D ~Ruby

Boy, can I relate to being tired of trying to figure out what to eat on a budget. Especially when I have 3 huge boys in the house who like to eat the things I buy myself for treats. They eat all the stuff I buy for them that I can't have, plus dip into mama's stash. I'm going to start keeping my 100 calorie cocoa roast almonds in my room. You've lost darn near 40 pounds since April! Look at it that way. Think about how it is going to feel to slip below 300. Aim for that. I always keep my long term goal in the back of my head, but right now, I'm just shooting for the next little weight thingey on the doctor's scale. Look through the recipes. I made a really simple soup today that really hit the spot. I'm one of those weird people that likes soup year round. lol. We'll make it! And when we do, look out world!

Thanks all... if I can make it two months... i can do it for good. Just a little wiggy. Lavinnia...that is it on the nail head... I live with 3 teens as well. Oy Vey! Thanks again...

Hang in there! You are doing great if you have a loss. I had a gain this week and I am being positive about next week being better.
