Less than 500 kcal ;). Still hungry so I’m betting this is a starving day where I want to eat everything in sight. I’m also on antibiotics and the PA told me I’d need to eat with all three daily doses and it needs to be something ‘filling’. I don’t eat breakfast 😖. I teased her about eating fudge and she said sure as long as it was a few good sized pieces or half a candy bar or a piece of toast etc. That’ll add 100 kcal per day or more if I have toast. She also mentioned that I should keep my calories up a bit for the next week. Not sure if I am happy about that or not. The fudge does need to be eaten and I have tons of food that’ll have to be thrown out this weekend if not eaten. Leftovers three meals already this week! The family just doesn’t like leftovers so eating very little then snacking when I’m not right there. We are getting down to the things I can’t log so they may get fed the leftovers while I eat chicken noodle soup every meal until it’s all gone! They requested big meals and now want me to eat the rest 🤦‍♀️ lol. Of course I did eat the dip that nobody wanted and now they don’t want the fudge. We have about 3,000 calories worth of fudge left! I’ve noticed that I have a bit of fat back on my belly. After taking some of it for reconstruction they assured me I wouldn’t gain fat back there unless I gained 30+ pounds. Yet there it is! So I’ve tried to avoid things like the fudge. Of course it could be water as my weight is fluctuating a lot right now and I’m 1-2# heavier than I think I should be based on last months numbers. Hoping it’s water as the ‘gain’ is mostly in the middle. Off to find something to eat with my meds.
