Okay, I switched to the ABS Diet the past week. That's right, I'm no longer on Fat Smash Diet- though, I loved it and it worked but I really wanted to tone and define my body. With just 15-20 lbs to go, so I thought I should add strength training so that way I can look GREAT for my Hawaii trip in October. I think I'd be more comfortable wearing bikinis if I had just lose mere 15-20 lbs more! It's my first week this week. Hope I will succeed!

Soo, my SFD pals - hope you'll still support even if we're on different diet. Smile.

i am a big believer in the ABS diet and I still make the smoothies from th book. I just recently decided to start making them everyday again since they are packed with good stuff. It is very similar to FS except it has a more specific exercise program. That was the one thing I didn't like because I like to do my workout DVD's, other than that, it is great:) Good luck on the new program!
