I've been super busy here at work, I've had audits, visits from corporate, trips, reports..uuggh...but I finally found free time to post something. I've continued going to the gym, I've been eating kind of right...I have had some slip ups but not big ones. Stress factors are mainly things concerning the wedding and payments that are soon to be due. I haven't weighed but I intend to record a weigh in next wednesday. A lot of parties, fun and (unfortunately) alcohol on last weekends, due to various celebrations pre world cup games, etc. Anyhow, overall everything's been good so far, I never loose track of what I'm eating and how it will affect me.
