Gained for three days in a row guys...too many calories. I did stick mostly to plan in terms of what I ate but ate far too much of it. And potatoes...curse those potatoes! I haven't gained for three consecutive days in a long time. So...back to my normal woe again...not just what but how much!! I really hate measuring things in ounces and grams...I just can't afford to do it any other way. I hate being fat and sick and tired more I guess. So back to the plan! Hopefully I can still end up close to my 3 pound loss for the week lol...I only gained 3.7 so...maybe...if I'm really good lol, I can still make it. I'd honestly settle for losing back the 3.7 and ending up even! We'll see on Sunday!
