so it seems im finiding it easier to skip carbs or eat a minimum of carbs i only eat breakfast n lunch, if im hungry at night i eat a fruit most of the time its an apple i dont starve myself on purpose its just how i feel,im going shopping today decided to buy veg n some proteins, gona make soup or low fat meals, not sure whether to buy rice or not :S hmmm
