Now that the dust has settled, it seems the net effect of the vacation was a loss of about half a pound. Not bad.

2400 kcal Fat: 90.68g | Prot: 197.82g | Carb: 241.70g.   Breakfast: daily chef cottage cheese, cocoa roast almonds, vegetable medley, tomato, strawberries, dannon light & fit greek, eggland's best large. Lunch: tomato, olives, avocado, jack cheese, cheddar cheese, boiled egg, bacon, chicken breast. Dinner: Jen and Eric's homemade chili. Snacks/Other: jif, nature valley protein, dannon light & fit toasted, daily chef cottage cheese, fiber one 80, dark chocolate dreams, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, dannon light & fit greek, jack link's original, Extra Dessert Delights Sugarfree Gum - Mint Chocolate Chip, Lo-carb Monster Energy. more...
