After 2 weeks 3days pineapple diet + 4 days calorie control healthy eating . i lost totally 10 kilos. with sport.

I was enough fat for lost fist 10 kilos .
now my target 1500 calorie around 1500 calorie diet + walking ,running and bodybuilding totally 5 kilos each month .

I lost 10 kilos i need to lost 5 kilos each month with sport and calorie control.

I fallow 1500 calorie

i just cut ;
no white foods .
Eat healthy like
negative calorie foods, low GL index foods ,high fiber foods like ,
beans ,fruits,greens,nuts,fish,chicken etc.
