BURPEE CHALLENGE STARTS TODAY!

Good morning everyone! Hope your weekends were all good! I slept half of it myself and feel great!

So today is the official start date of the 1000 Burpee 20 Day Challenge! It's not too late to join in, if you're interested. The routine's simple, can be strenuous, and literally can take you under 10 minutes!

Another challenge today is to avoid the carrot cake cupcakes, chocolate banana bread, and creme pie my coworkers brought in. Gahdammit!

On a side not, I've been participating in a 1500 burpee 30 day challenge with the folks at work that started last monday (and also gave me the idea to start up the 1000 challenge). I fell behind after doing none on Friday and Saturday, so I knocked out 100 yesterday (took a good 13 minutes) to leave me with 50 more to catch up. So I figure I'll do 75 today and tomorrow and call it even >=)

Anywho, BURPEE CHALLENGE ya'll! Just doooo eeeeeeeeeeeet!

Gee I'll have to pass, I ran 13.1 miles yesterday and my quad muscles can barely get me on and off the toilet for the next day or two. :P

Let's do this, Kim!! Rawr! Just remember, it's more mental. You might hit a wall, but just do what ya can, pause to get your breath back if you need to (like I do) and you'll be fine! Jess, 13.1?! Awesome!! Sorry about the bathroom situation tho haha. You could always catch up. I'm playing catch up myself.

Haha you noticed that huh? Yep! Started with a long island with diet sprite instead of coke, so it was more like a hard lemonaid. The had a beer, and then when I knew my A's had the game clinched, the shots started flowing! Rum and Gin hahah!

I asked my friend yesterday to do the 50 burpees with me. She said that she forgot to wear her shirt that says "f*** burpees. hahaha. i did them alone while she did squat jumps.
