go figure! a small loss with no exercise this week as have had migraines and didnt feel like it. so whats the go? have been stalled for the last month when exercising heaps...???? i sure dont understand!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Way to go - you are sneaking up on that goal weight - I think you must be a stealth dieter!LOL! Seriously, you are doing very well and I agree with you that you will be VERY good at maintenance and that is what it is all about. This site and the support we give each other is very important to our long term success. Have a great week!
