I went to the zoo on Sunday and walked for about two hours.
Monday was my advanced aerobic class, but I also walked for 30 minutes
Last night I walked on the treadmill "Mr. Mill" for 1 hour. So far doing quite well this week. Haven't lost any lbs yet though.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
