note to self: don't eat too much fruit- need to keep an eye on the carbs some days they were very high, and even though I stayed within my RDI and burned more that I ate i still didn't loose this week. That being said, I still feel more fit than I have in at least 15 years, and the changes that are happening with my waistline make me happy, because ultimately it is what the mirror says not the scale. As long as I am Healthy, Fit & Trim I will be happy- The number attached to the weight is just a tool to tell me if i am headed in the right direction.
