The joys of Lupus and Chronic pain make dieting really difficult sometimes.

163.4 lb Lost so far: 86.6 lb. Still to go: 38.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.

Lupus does make it harder. Just about the time I start to see a change, bang- another flare. :( But we will prevail! My Dr keeps telling me to keep up as much as I can, because I swim at my local gym pool. Keep your chin & your hopes up! Donna
