So I started the EFSD yesterday. Yesterday was HARD! I wasn't able to workout yesterday because of the baby but I did today. It wasn't as much as I would have liked but I worked out non the less.

You are doing fine. Things to tend to pop up and you may not always get in what you wanted for the day. Just do your best and keep your chin up. Just remember, every little bit does help no matter what.
