Still good on overall calories but maybe snacked a bit last night? Assuming I'll see the downward trend continue to hit goal weight around Thanksgiving and then decide which way to go.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
