I tracked everything this week. I ate a lot of zero point foods, and only 4 mini candy bars from Halloween. I am happy with my results and finally seeing the scale head back in the other direction.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
