I just started trying low carb, but only 2 cups salad and 1 cup of cooked veggies and moderate amounts of meat and 4 oz. cheese. Wow written down it seems like a lot but it's only second day and maybe I'll get used to it! Or anyone have other suggestions? Nan

How many carbs are you aiming to log each day? Some here do 20 grams (Keto) per day, some less than 50 grams, some less than 100. Depends on what you are aiming for. Those who are on the same plan as you are best able to make the suggestions you require.

do you use salad dressing?? olive oil and vinegar is good. you need some quality fat with that low carb plan.

I'm aiming for 30 to 40 gross (I don't subtract the fiber)! And I always ate my salad with ranch dressing on low carb when I eat but I have some Skinny Girl poppy seed dressing that I'm using up right now (no sugar). My favorite dressing at home is some good real mayo mixed with some salsa! Thanks for your comments! Nan
