I am feeling pretty happy so far. I lost about 30 pounds in the past few months. I want to continue on this great big journey:) I am hoping to reach my first short-term goal by October. I actually joined a challenge to lose 50 pounds by October. I am pretty much on target! I am thrilled! If I do not reach 50 pounds, I will be just as proud. I know that I am going to reach at least 40-45 pounds down. Yet, I will work extra hard at losing my first fitty. I had a great workout tonight! I need to motivate myself to working on my abdominal region tonight. Yet, my workout is pretty much done. I resumed stretching again. It is such a relief to loosen my muscles after a strenuous workout. I am loving it! I am about to eat salad and drink water for dinner. I am being very strict with myself because I really do want to reach that goal. I have very strong willpower. My dad just went to Shop Rite the other day and brought home sugar cookies and Friendly's butter pecan ice cream. I didn't really touch the stuff. I am very proud of myself. Before I decided to really change my lifestyle, I was such a fanatic over ice cream. When I finally weaned myself off of the calories, fat, and sugar, I really don't miss it! It is helping me too:) I am so happy that I am feeling motivated to really reach my goals! Yay:D
