I know there are cheat days, but is there such a thing as cheat weekends? First of all I worked over 50 hours at my day job during the week. But I also worked an additional 27 hours (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) supporting a 5 state fencing tournament. OF course... There are carbs involved in that! I resisted the pizza on Thursday and Friday while we were prepping the space, and making sure all electronic "stuff" worked, however there were always after hours beverages! The beverages on Friday started the decline. On Saturday, I was so good, and had a lunch packed and did not take the Subway sandwiches catered in, but there are the after hours "beverages", which did me in. And of course on Sunday when the tournament fatigue sets in, I was not able to resist the Pita Pit order (and did not have a lunch packed), and the post tournament celebration adult beverages. Needless to say, I am 100% sure I am no longer in ketosis. If I wake up with a headache tomorrow it could possibly be from the adult beverages rather than from the Atkins Flu...
