Exercising when i can. Not as hungry as i was but still have the urge to snack. the weight loss is very beneficial for work more energy and sleeping better. two negatives, I love my grub, dream of eating just for pleasure and im slightly off balance in my golf swing and having to adjust it to compensate. But benefits far out weigh any small negatives
243.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
