I joined a gym and am waiting to meet with a personal trainer (one free meeting). I have been vegetarian for about 3 months but just recently stopped eating bread and cut back on fatty foods like cheese. My boyfriend has been vegan for 3 months and lost 20 pounds! Two weeks ago I weighed 148, so I have lost about 5 pounds!
