Ground beef patties and sun chips. Wanted steamed veggies too but ran out of time. Tummy got full anyway. I’ve been full more often in the last couple of weeks rather than ‘satisfied’. I’m the type that isn’t truly satisfied until full or stuffed. Still need some protein though.
