The drama continues..."different shit different day"..

This time all about my work, colleagues, and students. Only writing this here to remind myself that ups and downs are part of life, but the diet and exercise regimen should not be dictated by the whims of life.

Yesterday's drama had kept me up pretty late at night, and the added protein intake is also doing its part in keeping me up lately. As a result, I slept in a bit late today, skipped mornign workout, and hurried and got in a quick breakfast. Took my Healthy Choice panini to work, and made sure to stop at the right time for my lunch. Drank water on and off, but not as much today..had to stay back a little longer for some work, but ended up getting sidetracked and talking (venting!) to a colleague, and as a result, 2.5 hours later, I realized that it was 8 pm already!! Thus, I got home late, and had a quick Healthy Choice dinner again (that's too many processed foods for one day--but lesson learned). Also, having just eaten, I didn't go to the gym this late. And thus, no workout today :(
Bottomline, I am good on points. One day of extra processed food is fine--but tomorrow I really need to plan and eat healthy. Also, need to get my workout done in the morning, and out of the way. And no extra chit-chat at work--thus, I'll be able to get more work done, and finish quickly and get home to plan the rest. Better take the control back in my hands before one day turns into the next...

Still feeling lighter, and my face seems to be shrinking more..:)

Meals for today:
Breakfast: Go lean cereal and skim milk (3)
Lunch: 1 coffee with cream (1)
1 Heathy Choice veg panini (6)
Snack: 1 plum (1)
1 orange (1)
Dinner: I Healthy Choice Mannicoti/Brocoli/apple cobbler (7)
1/2 cup peanuts (measured w/ shells) (4)
1 rice cake (1)
Total points: 24

Not feeling at full today, probably because I didn't have any salad or veggies to go with my entree, or drank as much water as I've been doing lately.

Oh! Can't wait to get to the new challenge...really need that to keep me focused.

Sorry to hear you're getting a heaping helping of stress on your plate. Today is a new day. Scrape that plate into the garbage and start fresh. You will be on track and back to "normal" before you know it. Have a BETTER day!

Sounds like you'll be back on track in no time with your fixit plan of more filling water and produce and getting those workouts out of the way early. Glad you are feeling and looking slimmer!!!! You have earned it :)
