Spring-break is officially over and I've been back at work today. Lot of work to catch up on....Also, some crazy boy-drama has developed, totally stressing me out, but I'm hoping it'll all blow over soon!! I really don't need this added stressor. Anyhow, despite the craziness, I'm proud of myself for hanging in, and doing well on the plan all day.

I had my good high fiber/high protein go lean cereal this morning, and packed a nice lunch to go--but I forgot to take it with me!! Hah! (Did manage to remember taking my winter coat though--I guess there's only so much I can hold in my memory, apparently!!)

Anyway, not having lunch on me, I still stuck to the plan and managed to stop for lunch, go pick up a ceaser salad (and fat free dressing). Didn't have any other junk foods and didnt even crave them as I'd been replenishing myself with water all day long. Oh, TOMT came along today, so I didn't even take my weighing too seriously today--what's the point! I had cramps, but managed to keep going..and came home, and right away went to the gym. Managed to do interval walking/running on the treadmill and (thanks to an idea I got from reading Evelyn's old journal), I started to increase my running from yesterday, and was happy to see I CAN actually ramp it up!! All these years I've thought I can only run for a min. at most, but since yesterday I've gradually increased it to 2-3 mins. about 3-4 times in a 30 minute treadmill workout!! My heart rate has been consistenly between 130 and 155/160, and I sweated quite a bit!! Now that's a work out!! Feels good!!

I came home and immediately fueled up on my new protein mix with milk, and had some salad, and a slice of left-over pizza from yesterday's dinner (good portion control!). In fact, I didn't even finish half the salad...also, drank more water...

P.S: I keep touching my face and cheeks--I swear, they feel like they've shrunk!! :) I'm lovin' it ;) (da, da, da, da, da da....)

Meals for today:
Breakfast: Go lean cereal with skim milk (3)
Lunch: cesear salad with sprinkling of cheese (2), croutons (2), and fat free ranch (1). 1 coffee with cream (1)
Dinner: 1 scoop protein mix with skim milk (3)
1 slice pizza with wild mushrooms, arugula etc. (7-10?)
1/2 bowl salad with sprinkling of reduced fat feta (0.5)

Points: 22.5 at most
Weight at waking: 170.8

P.P.S: I'm SO looking forward to the upcoming challenge!! It comes at a good time, just as I'm restarting the semester, and the stresses are probably going to pile back on, and my tendency would have been to cave in eat on the run, not work out, and let myself go--but not this time!!! The challenge will hold me attention and fuel my motivation--so bring it on!!!!

Fabulous attitude, motivation, exercise, results..... you've got it going on, sister! Keep up the great job and the weight will be falling off!
