Sunday hasn't been a good day for me. I have to weigh in on Monday and I am totally unprepared. I had too much birthday cake and ice cream on Saturday. I am weak when it comes to cake and ice cream and now I am paying the price.

Ice cream is my weakness as well. I try to not keep it in the house. If I have to go out to have it, I will think long and hard about why I want it. It is my comfort food when I am upset.
