I'm not sure of the correct way to add my exercise's in. I work out every other day on the Nordic Flex machine. So far I've been writing in exercise machine slow but that sounds more like slow medium or fast on a treadmill & I think the Nordic Track is more strenuous than a treadmill. Anyone know the correct way to write that in?
